THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The quality is cheap, and the design are awful. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something functional instead.
